Blingdog—Rocking Weekend Looks

Jackson the cross-dressing poodle is ready for his weekend! Here, he styles a simple hot pink hoodie (Target, newborn size, clearance rack—just in case you want to get his look for yourself) several different ways by accessorizing creatively. In the first photo, he's ready for drinks (just sparkling water for him) with friends in my mixed pearl bracelet (worn as a necklace). Photo #2 shows him all set for a day of long walks, yoga, and lounging on the patio. He's wearing my simple rose quartz pendant. In photo #3 he's off to party, having unzipped his hoodie to show some fur and paired it with my long necklace with shell pearls (worn doubled).

New Pieces for Spring—Part II

Casual Chic

Last weekend was a lucky one for me. First, my daughter Maia came home from college for the long weekend, so I got to hang out with her. Second, on Sunday she invited me to go shopping with her and two friends from high school, Sarah and Rose. And, third, Sarah agreed to come over the next day for an impromptu modeling session. We found her this great maxi dress at Forever 21 (sadly, it doesn't seem to be available online), and it was all uphill from there.

Sarah will be in town until August, doing an internship in Washington, DC, so I'm hoping to entice her over for a couple more modeling sessions this summer!

When not cross-dressing in infant girls' clothing (designer, if possible) and working as a jewelry model, my toy poodle Jackson enjoys sampling all types of cuisine, taking long naps, and staying fit with yoga and gymnastics.

I did a lot of trunk shows in the weeks leading up to Mother's Day, and I didn't have time to work on designing new pieces, let alone blog about them. Now that things have quieted down, I'm back to designing. Here are a few new pieces I posted in my shop yesterday. I'm working on more and should have them ready in a week or so. Doggie Love

So, this post has pretty much nothing to do with anything jewelry-related. But I felt the need to share with you how much I love my little dog, Jackson. We adopted him last summer. I've never had a dog before and didn't think I particularly wanted one. Now I'm not sure how I survived pre-dog!
